Narrative:

Air carrier on 4 mi final runway 33L. Air carrier X 6 mi final runway 33L. Small aircraft Y put on a 240 degree heading to airport 3 mi right base entry not talking to tower. Had to get communication from N90 because small aircraft Y was heading for air carrier X on intercept. I had to turn small aircraft Y for runway 33R. He was giving the wrong traffic to follow. The air carrier X would have ran over the small aircraft Y or had to take evasive action. I believe that there was a system error or pilot deviation. I have requested my supervisor to pull the N90 tape and radar dart.
