Narrative:

I was working sector 25, area 4, denver ARTCC. Sector 4, adjacent sector, failed to provide a handoff on air carrier X to sector 25. Air carrier X came up on frequency with his initial contact. Air carrier X was answered for his initial contact and then we searched the flight plan strips to find him. The data block was brought up on the scope and he was 3 or 4 mi inside sector 25. Air carrier X was not in conflict with any other aircraft and did not come in conflict with other aircraft. Sector 4 violated the airspace of sector 25 by not providing a handoff. Supplemental information from acn 194203: sector 4, ZDV, entered sector 25 without prior coordination with air carrier X. Communications were transferred at the boundary without handoff. Supplemental information from acn 194287: I entered sector 25 without prior coordination with LOA 1220. Communications were transferred at the boundary without handoff.
