I departed sky harbor, henderson, nv. I contacted departure at mccarran airport requesting clearance through the TCA. I started my call from approximately 10-12 until I had almost cleared the TCA. I have been totally ignored for 10 mins. I switched to another frequency which was not a departure frequency. I used to depart from mccarran international but lately have been using sky harbor henderson. I have noticed that mccarran is constantly ignoring pilots from sky harbor. I feel this could become a safety problem and it needs correcting. The problem should be looked into by NASA as well as FAA.

Title: SMA ATTEMPTS CONTACT WITH TRACON FOR FLT FOLLOWING BENEATH TCA. IGNORED.
Narrative: I DEPARTED SKY HARBOR, HENDERSON, NV. I CONTACTED DEP AT MCCARRAN ARPT REQUESTING CLRNC THROUGH THE TCA. I STARTED MY CALL FROM APPROX 10-12 UNTIL I HAD ALMOST CLRED THE TCA. I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED FOR 10 MINS. I SWITCHED TO ANOTHER FREQ WHICH WAS NOT A DEP FREQ. I USED TO DEPART FROM MCCARRAN INTL BUT LATELY HAVE BEEN USING SKY HARBOR HENDERSON. I HAVE NOTICED THAT MCCARRAN IS CONSTANTLY IGNORING PLTS FROM SKY HARBOR. I FEEL THIS COULD BECOME A SAFETY PROBLEM AND IT NEEDS CORRECTING. THE PROBLEM SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO BY NASA AS WELL AS FAA.
