Narrative:

After being out of the light transport for almost 3 yrs, I was requalified in it with a 3 day ground school and 4 flight lessons -- 1 aborted due to an aircraft maintenance and a 6 mo check. I was then put on line flying with no IOE or en route check. In the rush to get qualified, they forgot the en route check. Since I had already been threatened with my job, if I did not go along with the flight and ground training, I did not notice, or if I had I am not sure that I would have complained. As I left for fat with a check airmen management type on board, they were trying to get the check airmen that gave me the 6 mo check to also call it retroactively a line check. Hard to respect a company that takes safety so seriously.

Title: CAPT REQUALIFYING IS GIVEN HURRY UP TRAINING WITH NO IOE OR ENRTE CHK.

Narrative: AFTER BEING OUT OF THE LTT FOR ALMOST 3 YRS, I WAS REQUALIFIED IN IT WITH A 3 DAY GND SCHOOL AND 4 FLT LESSONS -- 1 ABORTED DUE TO AN ACFT MAINT AND A 6 MO CHK. SINCE I HAD ALREADY BEEN THREATENED WITH MY JOB, IF I DID NOT GO ALONG WITH THE FLT AND GND TRAINING, I DID NOT NOTICE, OR IF I HAD I AM NOT SURE THAT I WOULD HAVE COMPLAINED. AS I LEFT FOR FAT WITH A CHK AIRMEN MGMNT TYPE ON BOARD, THEY WERE TRYING TO GET THE CHK AIRMEN THAT GAVE ME THE 6 MO CHK TO ALSO CALL IT RETROACTIVELY A LINE CHK. HARD TO RESPECT A COMPANY THAT TAKES SAFETY SO SERIOUSLY.
