Narrative:
After aircraft parked at gate, ground personnel gave signal that chocks were in behind wheels. Captain released parking brake and aircraft rolled back after 3 ft and hit tug. Ramp was dry. Right aileron tab damaged.

Title: BRAKES RELEASED WHEN ADVISED CHOCKS IN PLACE. ACFT ROLLED BACK STRUCK TUG.
Narrative: AFTER ACFT PARKED AT GATE, GND PERSONNEL GAVE SIGNAL THAT CHOCKS WERE IN BEHIND WHEELS. CAPT RELEASED PARKING BRAKE AND ACFT ROLLED BACK AFTER 3 FT AND HIT TUG. RAMP WAS DRY. R AILERON TAB DAMAGED.
