Narrative:

On takeoff clearance RVR was 6/6/0. Reference takeoff page runway 10 mins were 600/600/600 with only 2 RVR required. Based on this information only 2 RVR of 600 were needed for takeoff. That is all we needed for takeoff, so the crew elected that we were in our rights for takeoff. After further consultation, suggest in fact that all 3 RVR of 600 or greater are required for takeoff to be legal.
