Narrative:

On takeoff roll after vr, we heard a loud noise, and my landing lights went out on the aircraft, I thought it was the wheel assembly that had fallen off on else pressurization. I was about 3-5 ft in the air when we had a lot of vibration in the aircraft. The first officer noticed lights going off on the captain panel, before she could say anything I decided to land the aircraft again, not knowing I had lost the engine because I called to first officer check your engine. Is there a fire since I smelled electrical burning she said no its your engine I shut off the battery switch and opened my window to check my engine. I noticed a blade missing off the engine which had 5 blades at this point. The other blade came into the aircraft cargo area located just behind the pilots but in front of the passenger cabin. Nobody was hurt. The aircraft was safely back on the runway again. The incident happened so fast that there was no time to discuss what was happening. The first officer or PNF couldn't do much to help except to make sure everything was pushed forward and to trust my judgement to abort after vr. Because there was enough runway ahead we were able to do this maneuver, even though we are taught to continue after vr and come back around and land again. I believe if we had continued, the engine would have fallen since all the mounts had loosened up on the aircraft.

Title: A CHARTER LTT LOST A PROP BLADE ON TKOF AT VR. PIC WISELY ELECTED TO ABORT.

Narrative: ON TKOF ROLL AFTER VR, WE HEARD A LOUD NOISE, AND MY LNDG LIGHTS WENT OUT ON THE ACFT, I THOUGHT IT WAS THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY THAT HAD FALLEN OFF ON ELSE PRESSURIZATION. THE FO OR PNF COULDN'T DO MUCH TO HELP EXCEPT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PUSHED FORWARD AND TO TRUST MY JUDGEMENT TO ABORT AFTER VR. BECAUSE THERE WAS ENOUGH RWY AHEAD WE WERE ABLE TO DO THIS MANEUVER, EVEN THOUGH WE ARE TAUGHT TO CONTINUE AFTER VR AND COME BACK AROUND AND LAND AGAIN. I BELIEVE IF WE HAD CONTINUED, THE ENG WOULD HAVE FALLEN SINCE ALL THE MOUNTS HAD LOOSENED UP ON THE ACFT.
