Narrative:

Just a trip with a captain from the old school of flying. His way is the only way. No regard for FARS. Examples: up to 290 KTS below 10000 ft. Taxiing before receiving proper clearance. Pushing back without clearance or calling 10 min prior to scheduled departure time in order to get an earlier ETD time for flow control. Always questioning the controller's clrncs. Rudely deviating without telling controllers. Rare if any use of checklists or company standard procedures. Exceeding aircraft speed limitations. Taxiing like he's the only one on the airport. Landing with less than reserves because he flew faster than flight planned and descended to FL290 1300 NM from destination because ATC wanted us to slow to still more than normal economy cruise speed for spacing with other aircraft. Yes, there are still pilots out there like this. Do you believe it?
