Narrative:
Aircraft from atl center eastbound at 150 supposedly climbing to 170. Aircraft from jacksonville center in handoff status crossing the course of other aircraft. Data block showing descending to 110. I called jacksonville and told them to stop their aircraft at 190 (FL180 unusable). They said they would, but they never did. Aircraft crossed over atl aircraft descending out of 153.

Narrative: ACFT FROM ATL CENTER EBOUND AT 150 SUPPOSEDLY CLBING TO 170. ACFT FROM JACKSONVILLE CENTER IN HDOF STATUS XING THE COURSE OF OTHER ACFT. DATA BLOCK SHOWING DSNDING TO 110. I CALLED JACKSONVILLE AND TOLD THEM TO STOP THEIR ACFT AT 190 (FL180 UNUSABLE). THEY SAID THEY WOULD, BUT THEY NEVER DID. ACFT CROSSED OVER ATL ACFT DSNDING OUT OF 153.
