Narrative:
On climb out TCASII showed traffic at 5 mi at 12 O'clock. We asked ATC if they showed traffic on radar. They didn't have a contact. We had visual contact at 12 O'clock, slightly high, we advised we were deviating 20 degree to right to avoid traffic. Passed traffic off our left at 1 mi on TCASII.
