Narrative:

Our operations manual master revision list in company computer shows revision X current. Revision X not issued by company. Attempted to contact chief pilot, domicile chief pilot, director of operations. None were able to be contacted. Dispatch informed me there were no changes that pertained to the aircraft type according to director of operations. I was able to obtain a current revision X through means other than company distribution. There were subjects relating to aircraft type. This is not the first time this happened!
