Narrative:
While on approach to oxnard airport, I noticed that I would enter camarillo's air traffic area. I requested a frequency change to get a transition. When mugu approach told me not to change frequency, I did not understand exactly. I feel that my limited english is the main reason that I misunderstood and changed frequency. I will try to improve my english.

Narrative: WHILE ON APCH TO OXNARD ARPT, I NOTICED THAT I WOULD ENTER CAMARILLO'S ATA. I REQUESTED A FREQ CHANGE TO GET A TRANSITION. WHEN MUGU APCH TOLD ME NOT TO CHANGE FREQ, I DID NOT UNDERSTAND EXACTLY. I FEEL THAT MY LIMITED ENGLISH IS THE MAIN REASON THAT I MISUNDERSTOOD AND CHANGED FREQ. I WILL TRY TO IMPROVE MY ENGLISH.
