Narrative:

En route to phl at 11000 ft, received a TA from center 'traffic 10 O'clock altitude unknown'. At same time we received a TCASII RA to climb at 1200 FPM. We notified center of the TCASII RA and we immediately climbed at 1200 FPM to 11700 ft until receiving a 'clear of conflict' from TCASII (about 30-45 seconds). We then immediately descended to 11000 and notified center again. We did not see the traffic.
