Narrative:

On the final phases of the 'jump-run' at 13000 ft MSL, within 2 mins until 'jumpers away', our small aircraft a had a near miss with an small aircraft B. I was 60 KTS in level flight flying south when an small aircraft B overtook us in a climb, also sbound (I could have been descending while the small aircraft B was in level flight). At this time I was in contact with ontario approach being given traffic advisories. The controller had no communication with the small aircraft B and did not call traffic for us. The jump-run and drop zone targets are located dangerously near V64.
