Narrative:

On approach I forgot to lower the landing gear. I never realized I had forgotten until the plane touched down. Damage to plane was minor on fuselage, destroyed propeller. I have approximately 700 hours of rg time. I never hardly fly fixed gear planes. The week prior to this incident I flew 17 hours in a fixed gear aircraft. The morning of july xx I flew 2 hours in a fixed gear aircraft. I traded planes to the retractable that afternoon to fly from bil to gll. Flying this fixed gear plane had a negative impact on my normal flight check for approach to greeley. This small aircraft was rented and on approach I decided to check and see if the ILS system worked (I have my IFR ticket). My downwind and base cut inside the OM because of a microburst thunderstorm in the northwest sector. Approximately over the inner marker the gear horn went off. I thought this horn was the inner marker horn. The horn continued over the threshold so I discounted that the ILS system in the plane worked but also checked the airspeed to see if it could be the stall horn. I continued to land and at touchdown I realized the real reason the horn was sounding. This is my first incident. I usually do not change from plane to plane and fixed gear to a retractable gear aircraft. When pilots change from one plane to another to another this incident enforces the logic for complete flight checks during all operations from the checklist.

Title: GEAR UP LNDG.

I CONTINUED TO LAND AND AT TOUCHDOWN I REALIZED THE REAL REASON THE HORN WAS SOUNDING. THIS IS MY FIRST INCIDENT. I USUALLY DO NOT CHANGE FROM PLANE TO PLANE AND FIXED GEAR TO A RETRACTABLE GEAR ACFT. WHEN PLTS CHANGE FROM ONE PLANE TO ANOTHER TO ANOTHER THIS INCIDENT ENFORCES THE LOGIC FOR COMPLETE FLT CHKS DURING ALL OPS FROM THE CHKLIST.
