Narrative:

Left engine oil temperature began to increase at approximately FL260. Leveled at 280, accomplished appropriate checklist in accordance with company procedure. Engine was shut down and aircraft was landed at iad at 139.5 without further incident. Supplemental information from acn 184978: the temperature continued to rise above the prescribed limits. We shut down the left engine in accordance with our operating procedures.

Narrative: L ENG OIL TEMP BEGAN TO INCREASE AT APPROX FL260. LEVELED AT 280, ACCOMPLISHED APPROPRIATE CHKLIST IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY PROC.
