Narrative:

I was assigned to relieve radar northwest at XA36 pm local at okc, ok ATCT. Small transport X had departed at XA33 pm local and was climbed to 15000 ft then to a higher altitude. I was not told about small transport X by the controller I relieved. There was no flight progress strip in the usual position. Traffic was moderate to busy and small transport X penetrated ZFW airspace at 15000 ft without a radar handoff. There was no conflict with other aircraft. I never saw any of the normal automated data that should have been associated with this target. Our automation specialist cannot guarantee that there was a data block on the target. I have been charged with an operational deviation.
