Narrative:

Was taxiing aircraft on FBO ramp at unfamiliar airport, first time there. Aircraft were parked very close together and rows were very close. No yellow taxi lines existed. Was slowly taxiing down the row trying to maintain center (no lines) by looking out window. Ground called with some extra information. Distraction was sufficient for me to miss that 1 aircraft was sticking about 2-3' more than the rest. Left wingtip struck the aircraft's spinner. Dinged my wing and his spinner.
