Narrative:

Under guidance by the ground signalman at dca while taxiing to gate #1 and passing between a company a airline widebody transport and a company B widebody transport (all parked), the right wing tip passed under the aft end of the company B parked on the right with light contact. Contributing factors: company a widebody transport was parked 21.5' off the forward mark. Company B was parked 1.5' off the forward mark.
