Narrative:
WX was heavy due to major thunderstorms with many aircraft deviating for storms. Air carrier X was climbed from 290 to 330 on initial contact per letter of agreement with ZKC. ZKC center descended air carrier Y to 330 from 370 as data block indicated. I forgot air carrier X was on frequency and when contact was reestablished after 4 attempts air carrier X was issued an immediate descent to FL310. Pilot reported leaving 320 for 310. Air carrier Y was still talking to ZKC.
