Narrative:

May have violated minimums over st croix river. Was at 500' over river. Sheriff said upon landing that minimums were 1000 or 1500'. It is not marked on maps or charts. On min map, it says to call XXX-XXXX. I have since done that and have been referred 3 times and have not gotten an answer yet. To prevent recurrence, it would be nice to have on charts the operating altitude. Ps: I still don't know what altitude is minimum. Reason I was there is that my brother lives on the river, and when I come to the cities, I fly by his house and he or my parents come to the airport and pick me up.
