Narrative:

Widebody transport had just reached 11000' and was advised and received holding at scupp. The aircraft was 15 southeast of scupp when the data block dropped off. Lucky I saw it drop and restarted it, because I had 2 other aircraft holding at scupp. Investigations later showed another controller overrode the computer logic check and removed the data block.
