Narrative:
On T/D in a normal fashion, I went for the brakes. I applied brakes. The right brake felt soft. At first I thought I was hydroplaning. Then I realized right brake had failed. At that point in time, working the left brakes only, I was able to decelerate the aircraft, making a left turn at the end of the runway onto taxiway--but failed right main gear.
