Narrative:

In this situation the RA commanded a pullup, which would have put us on a collision track with the air carrier. I ignored the pullup, since I could see the aircraft. But, what if we had been on instruments?! Something was left to be desired here. We were given 10 mi to descend to FL190 (made it in 9 mi) through the air carrier mg altitude, and to level at the same altitude as the opp direction twin.
