Narrative:

Upon application of takeoff thrust, takeoff warning horn sounded and takeoff was rejected at very low speed. Taxied clear, advised tower, accomplished rejected takeoff checklist and all other appropriate checklists. Recycled flaps and speed brake handled. Returned to 18R for uneventful takeoff. Flight to ewr was uneventful. At the completion, I filed only an irregularity report with my airline, but failed to make a log book entry. I just simply forgot. I guess the flight is not totally successful until all the paperwork is complete.
