Narrative:

In jeppesen pro X; the jeppesen approach chart for the ILS runway 33R is dated oct xx. The changeover date for the charts was on oct X; since I flew on oct X+1 and had to designate which set of jeppesen I wanted to use for that flight. On our flight on oct xy the only ILS for runway 33R is dated xx oct 20. The date appears wrong since the other two approach charts for that runway are effective at xa:00Z on oct X. We were cleared to the new points on the xx oct 20 dated ILS. My guess is an error was made by jeppesen on the publication of the chart.
