Narrative:

I was PIC of large transport phx-ord. I was harassed by phx ground controller in that on 2 occasions during taxi for takeoff through unprofessional and sarcastic manner urged to taxi my aircraft at a fast and unsafe speed to meet an air traffic takeoff time. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter states that phx controller apparently had a wheels-up time from center and felt it more important to comply than to be safe. Reporter did not answer back, only acknowledged communication. Reporter has talked to air carrier inspector and filed complaint through union. Has been contacted by center personnel who said they are looking into the matter.

I WAS HARASSED BY PHX GND CTLR IN THAT ON 2 OCCASIONS DURING TAXI FOR TKOF THROUGH UNPROFESSIONAL AND SARCASTIC MANNER URGED TO TAXI MY ACFT AT A FAST AND UNSAFE SPD TO MEET AN AIR TFC TKOF TIME. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: RPTR STATES THAT PHX CTLR APPARENTLY HAD A WHEELS-UP TIME FROM CENTER AND FELT IT MORE IMPORTANT TO COMPLY THAN TO BE SAFE. RPTR DID NOT ANSWER BACK, ONLY ACKNOWLEDGED COM. RPTR HAS TALKED TO ACR INSPECTOR AND FILED COMPLAINT THROUGH UNION. HAS BEEN CONTACTED BY CENTER PERSONNEL WHO SAID THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER.
