Narrative:

The F/east announced that the cabin altitude was at 10000', just as the altitude (cabin) warning horn went off. An emergency descent was initiated and simultaneously ATC was advised we needed 14000'. I believe we received clearance to 14000' as we were descending through 26000'. We initiated the descent per company procedure.
