Narrative:

Mlt flying eastbound climbing to 11000'. PF asked to deviate north for WX. This was approved. Pilot then requested to stay at 9000'. This was approved. I switched mlt to ZTL frequency, 133.15. Deviated north into gso approach airspace. Mlt called and advised he was through deviating and could proceed direct sdz. I informed mlt he should be on ZTL 133.15. Called gso for pointout (no answer) unkeyed line to separate aircraft and stop departures. Called gso back with pointout in their airspace. Pointout was approved.
