Narrative:

Mac continuation of flight from saudi arabia. Flight segment lax-hnl. Lax operations told me inbound load planner on aircraft would come down to operations and give me outbnd weight and balance over company radio. Passenger count was 390 marines. Crew 13 F/a's, 3 cockpit and 1 FAA jump seat rider. Once onboard, talked to marine col and he advised me he had 392 marines. F/east gave passenger count to load planning and received weight and balance #south. 2 days later I found out from FAA jump seat rider that there was no load planning on inbound flight. Local lax operations gave us weight and balance based on regular passenger weights.
