Narrative:

During takeoff roll past 100 knots; saw dust devil moving across end of the runway (xl). With all the trash swirling in the dust devil I initially thought it was a flock of birds. The first officer (first officer) continued with a normal takeoff. At about 150 feet encountered a shake and the aircraft rolled about 20 degrees to the left. First officer corrected the roll and we continued the climb out and continued to destination. The predictive wind shear system never activated during the entire takeoff.
