Narrative:
Military bmb X was in an ir training route. The strip posted, by myself, showed the flight plan information had been passed to ZLC. At some point during my watch at the sector, as manual controller, a utm message was sent by the computer to my station--this is the computer transcript shows. I do not recall seeing or receiving that message. The aircraft flew into ZLC's airspace, with no flight plan having been passed.

Title: MIL BMB FLEW FROM ZMP AIRSPACE INTO ZLC AIRSPACE WITHOUT REQUIRED COORD. OPERATIONAL DEVIATION.
Narrative: MIL BMB X WAS IN AN IR TRNING RTE. THE STRIP POSTED, BY MYSELF, SHOWED THE FLT PLAN INFO HAD BEEN PASSED TO ZLC. AT SOME POINT DURING MY WATCH AT THE SECTOR, AS MANUAL CTLR, A UTM MESSAGE WAS SENT BY THE COMPUTER TO MY STATION--THIS IS THE COMPUTER TRANSCRIPT SHOWS. I DO NOT RECALL SEEING OR RECEIVING THAT MESSAGE. THE ACFT FLEW INTO ZLC'S AIRSPACE, WITH NO FLT PLAN HAVING BEEN PASSED.
