Narrative:

At approximately xx:50Z I completed my S15000 E172172 position report, at the end I asked for FL350. The nandi radio acknowledged the request and asked when we could accept FL370. The captain determined it would be 2 more hours (xa:00Z). I called nandi back and told them xa:00Z. Nandi then cleared us to climb immediately to FL350 and at xa:00Z to continue the climb to FL370. At xa:00Z we climbed to FL370. At xa:03Z I reported our position and stated altitude of FL370. Hnl radio questioned our being at FL370 so we explained that nandi had given us the time to climb clearance. He questioned oakland and oakland reclred us to maintain FL370. When we questioned oakland if there was a problem, oakland replied, 'no problem' and to continue at FL370.
