Narrative:

Had full WX brief before flight. No indication of conditions along route of flight that would be IFR. Conditions began to deteriorate. Turned 180 and found that the WX had closed in behind me. Called center and remained VFR until vectored into IFR conditions while under control of ATC. Flight was concluded successfully. Cause of the problem was inaccurate WX forecast. In order to prevent a recurrence I am going to obtain an IFR rating.
