Narrative:

Crew was flying on the sixth day of duty. Preceeding six days consisted of 3 two day trips. Seven legs on the first day with a minimum 8 hour rest period followed by five legs on the second day. The events occurred on the fourth and fifth legs of the sixth day. I believe crew was fatigued from numerous flight legs at low altitudes in almost constant turbulence. First occurrence on fourth leg captain's leg, I landed on runway 32 gso and was instructed to make 180 degree turn and taxi back down runway to clear, after taxiing approximately 1500-2000' to clear at designated taxiway, after landing checklist was completed and (we) crew did not contact ground controller until entering terminal ramp area instead of once cleared of active runway as proper. The second occurrence happened on return flight gso to rdu. First officer's leg. Our flight was cleared for takeoff runway 23 with left turn to 050 degree climbing out of approximately 1200' AGL after about reaching a heading of 200 tower calls back for us to make an immediate right turn to 050 degree that we were assigned to make a right turn to 050 degree after departure. Right turn was completed and flight was handed off to departure controller. Crew was fatigued from numerous legs of short duration at low altitudes in turbulent conditions with strong gusty surface winds.

Title: TWO INCIDENTS. FO FORGOT TO CALL GND CTL AND FLT TAXIED ALMOST TO RAMP BEFORE CALLING. SECOND EVENT, FLT STARTED A LEFT TURN AFTER TKOF WHEN THEY HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN.

Narrative: CREW WAS FLYING ON THE SIXTH DAY OF DUTY. PRECEEDING SIX DAYS CONSISTED OF 3 TWO DAY TRIPS. SEVEN LEGS ON THE FIRST DAY WITH A MINIMUM 8 HR REST PERIOD FOLLOWED BY FIVE LEGS ON THE SEC DAY. THE EVENTS OCCURRED ON THE FOURTH AND FIFTH LEGS OF THE SIXTH DAY. I BELIEVE CREW WAS FATIGUED FROM NUMEROUS FLT LEGS AT LOW ALTS IN ALMOST CONSTANT TURB. FIRST OCCURRENCE ON FOURTH LEG CAPT'S LEG, I LANDED ON RWY 32 GSO AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAKE 180 DEG TURN AND TAXI BACK DOWN RWY TO CLR, AFTER TAXIING APPROX 1500-2000' TO CLR AT DESIGNATED TXWY, AFTER LNDG CHKLIST WAS COMPLETED AND (WE) CREW DID NOT CONTACT GND CTLR UNTIL ENTERING TERMINAL RAMP AREA INSTEAD OF ONCE CLRED OF ACTIVE RWY AS PROPER. THE SEC OCCURRENCE HAPPENED ON RETURN FLT GSO TO RDU. F/O'S LEG. OUR FLT WAS CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 23 WITH L TURN TO 050 DEG CLBING OUT OF APPROX 1200' AGL AFTER ABOUT REACHING A HDG OF 200 TWR CALLS BACK FOR US TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE R TURN TO 050 DEG THAT WE WERE ASSIGNED TO MAKE A R TURN TO 050 DEG AFTER DEP. R TURN WAS COMPLETED AND FLT WAS HANDED OFF TO DEP CTLR. CREW WAS FATIGUED FROM NUMEROUS LEGS OF SHORT DURATION AT LOW ALTS IN TURBULENT CONDITIONS WITH STRONG GUSTY SURFACE WINDS.
