Narrative:

After 4 runway changes below 10000', due to wind shifts and inoperative VASI, normal landing was made. ATC advised on rollout, 'turn out at taxiway M, parallel to ramp.' right turn on M and another right turn on parallel was made. Crew discovered turn on M should have been left turn, as aircraft was on south side of runway not on north side where terminal was. Airport plate 11-1A showed 90 degree turn on taxiway J would cross runway and lead to ramp. In the turn from parallel to J, right main gear left the taxiway. Normal turn was completed and aircraft taxied to gate area. Right main had mud on it, but inspection by mechanics found no damage. Crew discovered that taxi on south parallel and taxiway J were not authority/authorized by company. The company airport diagram had this area marked out. As the company has been in the process of eliminating the company airport diagrams, the crew used the commercial plate and missed the note about the unauthorized area.
