Narrative:
After landing on runway 8, we turned off and onto the ramp on the north side of the terminal. We faced east and were behind another aircraft. (Our gates are on the east side of the terminal.) the aircraft in front was just starting engines when we were issued taxi instructions by the tower to our gate. It was something to the effect that when we were able to taxi to our gate there were other instructions about runway 15, but I missed comments about runway 8. So, I taxied from behind the aircraft in front to pass and we went onto runway 8. Later I checked with ground via phone and realized my error.

Title: FLT CREW OF MLG ATTEMPTING TO TAXI TO THEIR GATE MOVED AROUND A PARKED ACFT AHEAD AND ENCROACHED ON ADJACENT RWY.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG ON RWY 8, WE TURNED OFF AND ONTO THE RAMP ON THE N SIDE OF THE TERMINAL. WE FACED E AND WERE BEHIND ANOTHER ACFT. (OUR GATES ARE ON THE E SIDE OF THE TERMINAL.) THE ACFT IN FRONT WAS JUST STARTING ENGS WHEN WE WERE ISSUED TAXI INSTRUCTIONS BY THE TWR TO OUR GATE. IT WAS SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT THAT WHEN WE WERE ABLE TO TAXI TO OUR GATE THERE WERE OTHER INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT RWY 15, BUT I MISSED COMMENTS ABOUT RWY 8. SO, I TAXIED FROM BEHIND THE ACFT IN FRONT TO PASS AND WE WENT ONTO RWY 8. LATER I CHKED WITH GND VIA PHONE AND REALIZED MY ERROR.
