Narrative:
At approximately XX15Z medium large transport X called me over cyn at FL240 requesting lower. I put him on sector 19 frequency and walked across the room to point him out when I realized he wasn't handed off. I don't know how he got out of my sector west/O a handoff. I just screwed up. Area staffing: recommended, 13-2; actual, 11-2.

Narrative: AT APPROX XX15Z MLG X CALLED ME OVER CYN AT FL240 REQUESTING LOWER. I PUT HIM ON SECTOR 19 FREQ AND WALKED ACROSS THE ROOM TO POINT HIM OUT WHEN I REALIZED HE WASN'T HANDED OFF. I DON'T KNOW HOW HE GOT OUT OF MY SECTOR W/O A HDOF. I JUST SCREWED UP. AREA STAFFING: RECOMMENDED, 13-2; ACTUAL, 11-2.
