This report is filed to report an FAA violation. Aircraft X arrived with left engine inboard t-r krueger flap deflector and fairing both completely missing with plugs installed. It was discovered that this t-r half was replaced on [date]. So this aircraft has been flying around without both the krueger flap deflector and fairing since then. See pictures.
