Narrative:

Aircraft returned to the gate for both engines [had] no rotation. Debriefed crew; [started engine] #1; operations normal. [Tried to start] #2 with no rotation. Removed starter and confirmed shaft had sheared. No starter [was] in stock. Part was robbed from another AC (aircraft); serviced and installed. Dry motored engine. Completed elb (electronic logbook) and dispatched flight. I did not notice an additional step in the amm (aircraft maintenance manual).when an amm has caution or warning boxes they are highlighted in red and white or yellow and black colored ink. When we print out the amm the printer is black and white. A colored printer would have brought this greater visibility.
