Narrative:
Operations delayed flight without dispatcher contact. I called operations. They said they see a different ETA; which was the reason for the delay. They show an ETA that is 15 minutes sooner than we do. Cross-referencing with [computer] gave me a wheels-on time of xa:22. A 10 minute taxi in time makes our time in plot accurate.two issues. [Company] has incorrect ETA's and [company; city operations] is not contacting us for delays.
