Narrative:

I completed the flight to cvg without incident. I was later informed by the crew that flew the same aircraft out of cvg that [previous station] maintenance had not complied fully with the deferral 49-xx-xx-xx APU pneumatics. Cvg maintenance told the crew that only part of the required maintenance steps had been complied with. I started the #2 engine with a huffer cart and cross bleed started #1 engine. We did not read any abnormal duct pressure and both engines started normally. [Previous station] maintenance was asked if they had complied with and checked all deferral maintenance required items during the logbook changeover brief and they stated they had.
