Narrative:

After breaking out of the clouds at approximately 400' AGL and 1/2 mi from the runway I noticed my 3 green lights for my landing gear had gone out. I rechked the gear handle position, the cbs, and looked outside for visibility reference. The tower confirmed there were 3 wheels down. The gear warning horn did not sound with the power in the idle position so I decided to land. Upon landing the gear collapsed and I slid safely to a stop next to the runway with little damage to the aircraft.
