Narrative:
I feel there are problems with the new led taxiway lights. In atl; they are replacing the old incandescent lights with new led lights. They are very bright; making it difficult to taxi. Please look into this as it is a big human factors event waiting to happen!

Title: RPTR NOTES THAT ATL'S LED TXWY LIGHTS ARE TOO BRIGHT.
Narrative: I FEEL THERE ARE PROBS WITH THE NEW LED TXWY LIGHTS. IN ATL; THEY ARE REPLACING THE OLD INCANDESCENT LIGHTS WITH NEW LED LIGHTS. THEY ARE VERY BRIGHT; MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO TAXI. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS IT IS A BIG HUMAN FACTORS EVENT WAITING TO HAPPEN!
