Narrative:

Air carrier X, after being cleared for takeoff and approximately halfway down runway 9L at fll, the captain observed the previously landed small transport X still was taxiing on the runway. At the time of the observation we were fast V1, but short of vr. Rotation was commenced west/O a vr call in a very slightly quicker than normal manner. Our aircraft cleared the taxiing light twin by approximately 50-60'. After takeoff we informed the tower that there was an aircraft still taxiing on the runway. At the departure end of runway 9L, one cannot see beyond approximately halfway down the runway due to a crown in the runway.
