Narrative:

After completing walk around we boarded aircraft for clt (departed roa) takeoff appeared normal and climb out was uneventful. Landing in clt was normal under gusty bumpy crosswind conditions. We taxied in and when PIC went to stop aircraft there was no response from right brake. After deplaning to inspect right brake we noticed right inboard main tire and wheel missing. We advised and alerted proper authorities giving runways utilized and flight path used and contacted maintenance.
