During climb-out; received a message from dispatch saying; '[origin airport station] advised dispatch at that a passenger had in their checked luggage a small lithium battery for a scooter. We have consulted with cargo load [planner] and [customer service manager] and are in agreement it is ok to continue to [the destination].' first officer and I discussed it and agreed to go on to [the destination]. No problems with the flight.
