Narrative:
Charts+ software crashed multiple times during preflight and while taxiing out to active runway. Switched back to jeppesen pro X and continued flight safely back to ZZZ. Also inaccurate information on tower hours of operation in charts +. After following instructions in company email to delete and reinstall charts + and continue to use; charts + is still very unstable and not reliable. Will continue to use jeppesen in all phases of flight.
