Narrative:
At ord, runway 22R has recently been repaved and regrooved. However, on runway 22R, right in the vicinity of the fixed distance marking and/or T/D zone (1000' from runway beginning), there are large pools of standing water after it rains. On the evening of 11/90, upon landing air carrier X started to hydroplane in this area. This are should be repaved for water drain-off.
