Narrative:

Encountered what we believe was wake turbulence from aircraft on parallel approach. At 1;200 feet AGL the aircraft banked to the left over 60 degrees with an immediate recovery followed by continuing the approach to normal landing. Wind seemed to bring the wake from the aircraft on approach to the parallel runway into our flight path. The other aircraft was 1 to 2 miles in front of us.
